WHO ARE THE MEMBERS OF THE KIMBERLEY ACC?
The Minister for the Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development and Local Government appoints a leading member of the business community as the Chair of the Area Consultative Committee. The Area Consultative Committee Chair oversees the development of the strategic directions of the Area Consultative Committee and is responsible for the on-going operations of the Committee. The Minister also appoints the Deputy Chair.
Every member of the Area Consultative Committee is a committed volunteer drawn from local business, community, and Government. Membership is voluntary and unpaid. Area Consultative Committee members give their time and energy because they have a personal commitment to working in partnership with the Australian Government to create jobs, boost business and build a sustainable future for their community.
